What is Boshed?+

A job-dispatch and field-service app for UK trades firms. Schedule jobs in the office, dispatch engineers via the mobile app, send branded customer messages, get paid. Flat monthly pricing.

How is it different from BigChange or simPRO?+

Three things: flat-fee pricing instead of per-user; modern, fast UI built for 2026 phones; and easy to leave (month-to-month, CSV export anytime). The incumbents got expensive because they sold to ever-larger firms; we kept the price flat and focused on the 5-to-25-person sweet spot.

What does it cost?+

£29 / month for Solo (1 user, capped), £99 for Team (up to 5 users), £249 for Growth (up to 15 users). Excluding VAT. Full pricing.

Is there a free trial?+

14 days. No card needed. At the end you pick a plan or your account quietly switches off — we won’t bill you and then make you fight to get it back.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. Month-to-month, no notice, no exit fee. CSV export everything with one click.

Does it work on Android?+

Yes. Mobile app runs on iOS and Android.

Where’s my data hosted?+

On a UK-region server. Daily off-site backups. You can export it as a CSV any time, or ask us to delete it and it’s gone within 30 days.

Do you integrate with Xero / QuickBooks?+

On the Growth plan, yes. Plus Sage. Solo and Team users export invoices as PDF or CSV and import manually.

What about compliance certificates (CP12, EICR, gas safety)?+

Coming on the Team plan as part of Phase 2 (next 2-3 months). Engineers will fill in compliance forms on the mobile app and customers get a signed PDF by email.
